About the Role We are looking for a passionate, creative, and skilled Videographer / Video Shoot Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of camera operations, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling. This role involves planning and executing high-quality video shoots for social media, advertisements, podcasts, corporate films, interviews, testimonials, and promotional campaigns. The candidate should be capable of transforming ideas into visually compelling content while maintaining high production standards. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute professional indoor and outdoor video shoots. Capture high-quality footage for reels, podcasts, YouTube videos, advertisements, and brand campaigns. Set up and operate cameras, lenses, gimbals, tripods, microphones, and lighting equipment. Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand content requirements. Ensure proper framing, lighting, composition, and audio quality during shoots. Direct models, clients, and team members to achieve the desired visual outcome. Organize, manage, and back up raw footage after every project. Maintain and handle camera and production equipment responsibly. Stay updated with the latest videography trends, techniques, and social media content styles. Travel for outdoor shoots and client projects whenever required. Assist in content planning and suggest creative ideas to enhance production quality. Coordinate with editors and designers to ensure smooth post-production workflow. Required Skills Strong knowledge of videography, camera settings, and composition. Hands-on experience with DSLR, Mirrorless, or Cinema Cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.). Understanding of lighting techniques and audio recording equipment. Knowledge of gimbal operation and cinematic camera movements. Basic understanding of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve is preferred. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently. Good communication and teamwork skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Media, Film Production, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Minimum 1–3 years of experience in videography or content production. Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in reels, ads, podcasts, interviews, or commercial shoots. Why Join Us?
