Job Summary
Growth System is seeking a Customer Support Executive with 1+ years of experience to deliver excellent customer service and support. The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when required.
- Follow company processes and service standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT, software, or technology-related industries.
- Knowledge of CRM or ticketing systems.
- Experience handling B2B customer support
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
