Dream Medicine Educon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide aspiring MBBS students regarding admission opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective MBBS students and parents regarding admission processes and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads.
- Follow up with interested students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission status.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in admission counselling, education counselling, edtech, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
