We are seeking an experienced Senior Structure Engineer with strong expertise in highway and bridge construction projects, including ROBs, flyovers, underpasses, culverts, retaining walls, and other civil structures. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, coordination, and monitoring of structural works to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction of bridges, flyovers, ROBs, underpasses, retaining walls, box culverts, and other highway structures.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, IRC/MORTH standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor structural activities, manpower, machinery, and resource utilization.
- Review drawings, BOQs, bar bending schedules, and construction methodologies.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and progress for billing and planning purposes.
- Resolve technical issues at site and provide engineering solutions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structures preferred).
- 4-7 years of experience in highway and structural construction projects.
- Proven experience in bridges, flyovers, ROBs, underpasses, retaining walls, and highway structures.
- Strong knowledge of IRC, MORTH, IS Codes, QA/QC procedures, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project monitoring tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on NHAI, MoRTH, Railway, ROB, and major infrastructure projects.
- Exposure to billing, planning, quantity estimation, and project coordination.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
