Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly communicative Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive to elevate our brand’s digital presence. In this role, you will be the pulse of our brand online, not only analyzing fast-moving social media trends and driving organic lead generation but also building and managing our influencer network.

Key Responsibilities
- Trend Analysis & Strategy: Actively monitor, identify, and leverage internet trends, memes, audio tracks, and platform updates (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) to keep our brand relevant.
- Influencer Sourcing & Outreach: Identify, vet, and pitch to relevant nano, micro, and macro-influencers whose audience aligns with our target demographics.
- Influencer Management: Manage end-to-end creator campaigns—including negotiating terms, sending program details/briefs, tracking content deliverables, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Engagement & Lead Generation: Interact with our audience daily to foster community. Run organic social media campaigns specifically designed to capture high-quality leads and inquiries.
- Content & Copywriting: Write sharp, persuasive captions and hooks. Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to ensure content is on-brand and optimized for maximum reach.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze weekly/monthly social media and influencer campaign metrics (ROI, reach, engagement rate, lead conversion) to see what drives the best results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of professional experience managing brand social media accounts and executing influencer campaigns (agency or in-house).
- Communication: Impeccable verbal and written English communication skills. You must be highly articulate for influencer negotiation, outreach emails, and community management.
- Influencer Savvy: A solid understanding of the influencer landscape, how to evaluate engagement authenticity (spotting fake followers), and influencer negotiation tactics.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn algorithms and content formats.
- Lead Gen Mindset: Basic understanding of how to structure a social media funnel moving a user from "viewer" or "follower" to an active lead.
- Tools: Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva) and basic knowledge of influencer tracking tools/spreadsheets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
