We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Executive to support our growth in the US market through strategic outbound prospecting. The role focuses on identifying and engaging decision-makers within target accounts, qualifying opportunities, and setting up high-quality meetings for the sales team.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience with BFSI, Manufacturing, or Retail industries in the US market and strong communication and prospecting skills.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, engaging senior stakeholders, and building early-stage sales pipelines.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new business opportunities in the US market.

Identify and engage with decision-makers such as CXOs, VPs, and Directors within target accounts.

Research accounts and build targeted outreach strategies to initiate conversations.

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team.

Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings and discovery calls.

Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in the CRM system.

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align outreach messaging and campaigns.

Consistently meet or exceed outreach, meeting, and pipeline generation targets.

Share feedback from prospect interactions to improve messaging and campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / SDR / Business Development roles with a strong focus on outbound prospecting.

Proven experience selling into the US market is a must.

Experience with one or more of the following industries: BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders.

Strong cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach experience.

Experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

Strong account research and prospecting discipline.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with defined outreach and meeting goals.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling technology services, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions.

Familiarity with sales intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar platforms.
