Ticketing Operations
- Handle flight ticket bookings, cancellations, reissues, refunds, and itinerary modifications.
- Process ticketing requests accurately and within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with airlines for PNR updates, schedule changes, seat requests, and ticket-related queries.
- Ensure accuracy of passenger details, travel dates, fare rules, and ticketing transactions.
- Maintain proper records of ticketing activities and customer interactions.
Customer Service
- Assist passengers with travel-related queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner.
- Guide customers regarding airline policies, baggage regulations, travel documentation, and flight schedules.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while representing the Udaan Holidays brand.
Front Desk Operations
- Manage customer interactions at the airport counter.
- Attend walk-in customers and travel agents professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams and airline representatives to ensure smooth passenger handling.
- Maintain professional appearance, counter discipline, and service standards at all times.
Airport Coordination
- Liaise with airline personnel for operational support and passenger assistance.
- Support passengers during flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or disruptions.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day airport operations.
- Escalate operational issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
Eligibility CriteriaEssential Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-facing environment.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
Preferred Requirements
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Prior experience in aviation, travel, hospitality, customer service, airport operations, or ticketing.
- Knowledge of airline reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
- Candidates residing in Siliguri, Bagdogra, or nearby locations will be preferred.
