Manager – Exide Inverter Battery
Job Summary
The Manager – Exide Inverter Battery is responsible for overseeing sales, customer service, inventory management, and business development related to inverter batteries and power backup solutions. The role includes managing staff, dealer coordination, customer support, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of inverter battery sales and service center.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Exide inverter batteries and inverters.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Maintain stock and inventory of batteries, inverters, and accessories.
- Coordinate with distributors and dealers for product availability.
- Supervise technicians and sales staff.
- Ensure proper battery installation and service standards.
- Prepare sales reports and business performance analysis.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase local sales.
- Maintain relationships with corporate and retail customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical/Electronics, or related field.
- Experience in battery, inverter, electrical, or electronics industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of inverter systems and battery maintenance.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, inventory systems).
