Job Summary :
We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented professional for the position of Manager – Compliance with strong expertise in Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations (ER), Labour Law Compliance, and Workforce Management.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling statutory compliance, contractor workforce management, wage administration, liaison with government authorities, and maintaining harmonious industrial relations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance under Labour Laws, Social Security Acts, and Contract Labour Regulations
- Manage contractor labour compliance and workforce documentation
- Handle wage administration, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory records
- Maintain effective Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) practices
- Coordinate and liaise with Government Departments including:
- Labour Department
- PF Department
- ESIC
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
- Employment Exchange
- Other statutory authorities
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns, registers, and documentation
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
- Address employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline
- Implement compliance policies and labour law procedures effectively
- Maintain harmonious relations between management, contractors, and employees
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and Statutory Compliance
- Experience in Contract Labour Management
- Good understanding of PF, ESIC, CLRA, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and Factory Compliance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle government liaison independently
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Leadership and workforce management capabilities
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
