Identify and research potential clients, market segments, and business opportunities.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, market research, and other business development activities.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions to address their business needs.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into successful business deals.
Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate contract discussions.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Identify emerging opportunities and provide market insights to management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, forecasts, and revenue performance.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to support business growth initiatives.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up throughout the customer journey.
3 to 6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Relationship Management.
