Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled In-house Service Engineer to join our technical service team. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair, calibration, preventive maintenance, and technical support of analytical and scientific instruments.
The ideal candidate should have experience in servicing laboratory equipment and possess strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for scientific and analytical instruments
- Diagnose and troubleshoot instrument failures
- Perform repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance activities
- Support installation and commissioning activities
- Coordinate with field service engineers and customers
- Prepare service reports and maintain technical documentation
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and remote support
- Support product training and application-related activities
- Ensure compliance with service processes and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/ ITI / BE / B.Tech in Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in service and maintenance of laboratory/scientific instruments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
