Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns through calls, emails, chats, or other communication channels.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional support.
Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their concerns.
Requirements: Graduate or Undergraduate from any discipline.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service experience is preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
