Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to meet project requirements and budget constraints
- Support the preparation and issuance of purchase orders and contracts
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to understand material specifications and timelines
- Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers as per organization requirements.
- Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and inventory levels.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/ master’s degree in Electrical engineering from an accredited university.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of technical specifications related to materials and engineering processes.
