About Us
We are a design-focused interior and architectural firm specializing in residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who is passionate about transforming spaces into functional, aesthetically pleasing environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
- Create detailed 2D drawings, space plans, furniture layouts, and construction drawings.
- Develop 3D models and high-quality renderings for client presentations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and project inspections.
- Prepare BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and project budgets.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction methods.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential, commercial, or corporate interior projects.
- Knowledge of project management and site execution.
- Familiarity with Revit and BIM workflows is an advantage.
