Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
- Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical and support teams for successful client onboarding.
- Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and software/SaaS products.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, ERP Sales, or Software Solution Sales.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling ERP, HRMS, AI, SaaS, or IT solutions.
- Knowledge of lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online portals.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
