Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and engagement activities.
- Oversee attendance, payroll inputs, and HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Drive training, development, and retention initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and support organizational growth.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
- 5+ years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
