Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer requirements, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain business development reports, sales pipelines, and forecasts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Business Development) preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Corporate Relations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
