Role Overview
You will deliver high-quality massage therapy tailored to:
● Everyday members seeking relaxation and stress relief
● Regular gym members needing muscle recovery
● Runners, strength athletes, and performance-focused individuals
This is not a spa-only role and not purely a sports therapy role. It requires versatility, awareness, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Relaxation & Wellness Massage
● Deliver full-body relaxation sessions
● Help members manage stress and muscle tension
● Adapt pressure and technique to client comfort
● Create a calm, premium experience
Sports & Performance Massage
● Provide targeted sports massage sessions
● Pre-event muscle activation sessions
● Post-event recovery sessions
● Identify tightness, trigger points, and mobility limitations
● Communicate findings with coaching team when relevant
Member Education
● Guide members on recovery frequency
● Suggest mobility or maintenance strategies
● Maintain brief treatment notes for continuity
Professional Standards
● Maintain hygiene and room setup
● Manage schedule responsibly
● Uphold Spartan’s premium service standards
