- Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, and expenses) accurately into excel & accounting software.
- Invoice & Payment Processing: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including matching purchase orders, issuing invoices, and processing vendor payments.
- Reconciliation: Match bank statements and general ledgers to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Expense Management: Track and reimburse employee expense claims and monitor petty cash transactions.
- Admin Support: File financial documents, maintain digital/physical records, and respond to vendor or client inquiries.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related commerce stream (e.g., B.Com) is typically required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal staff.
