Job Summary
Maa Tarini Enterprises is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Shop Executive to manage day-to-day operations at our cement retail outlet. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customers, billing, inventory, and sales efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable cement and building material products based on customer needs.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and bills.
- Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and maintain daily sales records.
- Manage stock, inventory, and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.
- Ensure proper display and cleanliness of the shop.
- Follow up with customers for inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch of materials.
- Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Support promotional activities and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in cement, hardware, steel, paint, or building materials.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
