- ERP exposure preferred
- Telecom / Infrastructure / Operations industry experience preferred
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Manager – MIS & Business Analytics to manage the complete Management Information System of the organization and convert operational and financial data into actionable business intelligence for management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Responsibilities:
- Prepare and circulate daily revenue reports
- Monitor collections and pending receivables
- Prepare cash flow visibility reports
- Monitor pending billing status
- Track operational escalations and delays
- Highlight critical business exceptions to management
- Coordinate with PMs and department heads for data collection
- Validate business report accuracy
- Monitor target achievement status
- Escalate reporting delays and non-submissions
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Prepare management dashboards and performance reports
- Conduct profitability trend analysis
- Generate circle-wise and vertical-wise performance reports
- Prepare KRA scorecards for key officers
- Analyse collections performance and ageing
- Monitor operational productivity trends
- Support weekly management review meetings
- Identify weak-performing areas and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with Finance and SCM teams for reporting and analysis
Monthly Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and management presentations
- Generate profitability and working capital analysis reports
- Compare target vs actual achievements
- Monitor budget vs actual expenses
- Analyse overhead trends
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities
- Recommend automation and process improvement initiatives
Required Skills:
