About the Role:
The Corporate Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key corporate and bulk accounts. The role involves developing strong B2B relationships, identifying new business opportunities, handling large-volume clients, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, production, and operations teams.
This position plays a critical role in expanding the company’s presence beyond local markets and strengthening its corporate client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Business Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate and institutional clients.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and industries.
- Generate bulk and repeat business from distributors, retailers, and exporters.
Account Management
- Manage key corporate accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
- Act as a single point of contact for major clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
Revenue & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate reporting.
- Ensure timely order processing and payment collection.
Client Coordination & Negotiation
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.
- Identify emerging trends in fashion and textile corporate demand.
- Provide management with insights for strategic decisions.
Team Building & Collaboration:
- Work closely with the internal team to improve sales strategies.
Agency & Partner Management
- Establish and maintain connections with textile agencies and sales agents.
- Collaborate with marketing agencies to enhance brand outreach and promotional activities.
- Negotiate agreements with third-party distributors to optimize market penetration.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate accounts, or textile/fashion industry.
- Experience handling bulk orders or distributor networks preferred.
Skills Required:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
- Good understanding of textile market dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel for client meetings when required.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
