Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement D365 F&O solutions to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Configure and customize D365 F&O modules to meet specific business needs
- Develop and deliver training to end-users on new system functionalities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective support
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, recommending solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuity
Requirements
- Have 6-10 years of experience as a D365 F&O Techno Functional Consultant
- Possess in-depth knowledge of D365 F&O modules, including finance, supply chain, and manufacturing
- Demonstrate strong understanding of business processes and functional requirements
- Exhibit excellent technical skills, including data migration, integration, and customization
- Have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SQL, and Azure
