Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor service engineer.
- Breakdown maintenance, demo’s, pull out.
- Coordinate with customers.
- MIS report, pending service.
- daily compliance report.
- Installation pending reports.
- Coordinate with engineers, spare and machine coordinators, logistic team.
- Customer feedback
- Maintain AMC report
Required Skills:
- Good Communication skills
- Customer relation.
- Email writing
- English language.
