Preferred Background: Experience in a disposable products manufacturing unit (paper, plastic, or biodegradable packaging) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily molding production operations to achieve production targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team while ensuring a safe work environment.
- Plan and optimize production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Ensure product quality by maintaining adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate machine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting for uninterrupted production.
- Monitor production performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare reports for management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and timely deliveries.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 5–9 years of experience in plastic moulding production management.
- Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control.
- Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience with equipment maintenance, safety management, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
