A. Position Summary
We are looking for a Cold Forging / Nut Forming Machine Operator for Dynamic Prestress (India) Pvt. Ltd. The position is based at Nashik.
The Cold Forging / Nut Forming Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, setting, monitoring, and maintaining nut forming machines to achieve production targets while ensuring product quality, machine efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.

B. Key Responsibilities
- Operate Cold Forging / Nut Forming Machines as per production plan.
- Perform machine setup, tooling change, die and punch replacement.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure achievement of daily production targets with minimum rejection and wastage.
- Conduct in-process inspections using gauges and measuring instruments.
- Maintain product quality as per drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Identify machine abnormalities and coordinate with maintenance for corrective actions.
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance of machines.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and 5S requirements.
- Follow SOPs, work instructions, and production processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and quality enhancement.

E. Other Information
- Qualification: ITI (Fitter/Turner/Machinist)
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Cold Forging, Nut Forming, or Fastener Manufacturing Industry

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
