Role Overview & Eligibility Criteria
The PR Manager will support the planning and execution of public relations campaigns across traditional and digital platforms. The role involves media coordination, content development, monitoring coverage, and supporting client accounts as part of an integrated communications team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day PR activities for assigned client accounts
- Draft press releases, media pitches, briefs, and basic communication materials
- Assist in media outreach and coordination with journalists and publications
- Track media coverage and prepare coverage reports and analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams (digital, creative, social, strategy) to ensure integrated campaign delivery
- Support event coordination, press conferences, and media interactions
- Maintain media databases and update contact lists
- Monitor news and industry trends relevant to client brands

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of PR tools, media landscape, and integrated campaigns
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment
- Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively
- Proficiency in using AI tools and creating effective PowerPoint presentations
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Mid-Senior PR Profile from a PR agency / integrated communications background
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ years of total experience in PR / corporate communications
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience independently owning PR client accounts end-to-end, including client relationships, presentations, and strategic PR planning
- Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong, established media relationships and a proven track record leading media outreach, pitching, and relationship management
- Mandatory (Skill 1): Must be able to develop, review, and quality-check press releases, pitches, bylines, and communication materials
- Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have experience leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, creative, and strategy teams.
- Mandatory (Skill 3): Must have experience managing, mentoring, and guiding PR teams / junior members.
- Mandatory (Skill 4): Must have experience handling issues management, reactive communications, and crisis situations
- Mandatory (Skill 5): Must have experience supporting new business pitches and proposal development.
- Mandatory (Tools): Must be proficient with AI tools and creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
- Mandatory (Communication): Must have excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Mandatory (Stability): Must demonstrate a stable career record with sustained tenures, without frequent job changes or short stints.
- Preferred(Education): Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, or a related field.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
