Job Summary
The Girls Hostel Warden is responsible for the overall administration, safety, discipline, and welfare of students residing in the girls' hostel. The warden ensures a secure, hygienic, and supportive environment conducive to students' academic, personal, and social development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day hostel operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all hostel residents.
- Monitor student attendance, leave records, and visitor registers.
- Handle student grievances, counseling, and welfare-related issues.
- Coordinate with parents, college/school administration, and faculty regarding student matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience in hostel administration, student affairs, education, or residential facility management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle conflicts, emergencies, and student counseling.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, record management).
- Knowledge of safety, security, and first-aid procedures.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
