This role reports to: Broadcast Ad Operations Traffic Lead-Hyderabad
The main responsibilities of this role are to liaise with Foxtel Media Traffic Department stakeholders to ensure the accurate execution of material instructions while adhering to download deadlines and compliance across all Foxtel.
Positively contributing to the team environment and department is a must.
Executing key administrative tasks to a high standard at all times.- Liaising with Foxtel Media Commercial Broadcast Operations to ensure material is active and ready for transmission.
- Manage large volumes of emails.
- Identifying booking errors to ensure they are adjusted to reflect the expected playout of a campaign.
- Inputting data, then continuing to update as client information progresses.
- Adhering to rules associated with local, state and federal election periods as directed by Commercial Broadcast Operations.
- Accurately inputting instructions from clients, including actioning revisions to avoid legal breaches.
- Ensuring broadcaster deadlines are being adhered to.
Consistently displaying a “can do” attitude.- Building and maintaining strong relationships within the team across Hyderabad and Sydney Offices.
- Multitasking daily to ensure deadlines are met.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Thinking outside the box and conducting investigation where necessary.
- Showing initiative with individual work, along with the wider team’s workload.
- Possessing a strong team focus at all times.
- Time management to ensure all work is completed at a high standard and on time.
