We are expanding our on-site execution team and are looking for a Site Supervisor with a passion for interiors, teamwork, and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site operations for interior projects.
- Coordinate with designers, carpenters, electricians, and vendors.
- Ensure materials and workmanship meet quality and design standards.
- Track project schedules and report daily progress to the project manager.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure timely project completion.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years in site supervision for interior or fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture, carpentry, and finishing materials.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in reading design drawings and BOQs.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing multiple residential or office interior sites.
- Knowledge of vendor and material management.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Excel / WhatsApp reporting for site tracking.
Salary & Benefits
- ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience).
