Requirements
Educational Qualification: MBA (Marketing, Finance, HR, or Business Administration) completed or awaiting final results.
Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills with confidence in handling client interactions.
Business Acumen: Basic understanding of sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and business development concepts.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to persuade clients and build long-term professional relationships.
Presentation Skills: Confident in presenting company services and explaining solutions to prospective clients.
Learning Attitude: Eagerness to learn business strategies, sales methodologies, and client management practices.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their business or research requirements.
- Present and explain the company's research and development services professionally.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and networking activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with technical and CRM teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain client records and prepare daily sales reports.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team business development targets.
Compensation
Salary: Freshers can expect a base salary of ₹15,000 – ₹32,000 per month. Final compensation will be based on communication skills, business aptitude, and interview performance, and will be negotiated after the final round of the interview.
