Evolve suppliers from transactional staffing vendors into trusted capability partners aligned to
business priorities.
This role sits at the intersection of Business and Suppliers, proactively shaping demand,
improving skill deployment, and ensuring predictable, high-quality talent delivery.
The SB Partnership Specialist is a talent strategist, system disciplinarian, and performance
integrator.
Core Mandate
- Proactively plan upcoming demands with Business
- Improve skill utilization and redeployment before fresh hiring
- Ensure system and data hygiene across FG / S4
- Elevate supplier maturity from compliance capability partnership
- Solve structural issues, not transactions
Key Responsibilities:
