Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Officer (FSO) to promote GUT-iCARE's innovative gut health solutions to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals across Coimbatore and nearby regions.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy field work, relationship building, scientific discussions, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit gastroenterologists, physicians, diabetologists, surgeons, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote GUT-iCARE's gut microbiome testing and personalized nutrition services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, and clinics.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and scientific discussions.
- Organize CMEs, awareness programs, and doctor meetings.
- Meet monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of daily field activities and customer interactions.
- Work closely with the clinical and marketing teams to improve customer engagement.
- EligibilityEducational Qualification
Preferred:
- B.Pharm
- D.Pharm
- B.Sc. (Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences)
- Any Bachelor's Degree (Candidates with healthcare sales experience are encouraged to apply.)
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Sales.
- Experience in Gastroenterology, Nutrition, Diagnostics, or Medical Devices is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.

- Basic understanding of biology and healthcare concepts.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
