We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with strong experience in architectural design, project coordination, and site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design, detailing, working drawings, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, materials, and technical submissions.
- Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per approved drawings and design standards.
- Resolve design and site-related issues and coordinate necessary revisions.
- Lead and mentor junior architects and design team members.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
Requirements
- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
- 6–12 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience working at Tata, L&T, NVA, and CRN projects is highly preferred.
- Experience in large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or corporate projects will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, working drawings, construction methods, and site coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- COA registration preferred/required where applicable.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
