About the Role
Spectrum Solar Power is hiring a proactive and performance-driven Field Trainer to support field operations and contribute to business growth across Kerala. This role involves training field staff, coordinating daily activities, improving team performance, and assisting in customer engagement and business development activities.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field travel, team coordination, and maintaining strong professional relationships with associates and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Train and guide field staff on operational procedures and company standards
- Monitor field team performance and improve productivity
- Support business development activities and customer follow-ups
- Coordinate with associates to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist in expanding company presence across assigned locations
- Maintain regular reporting and field activity updates
- Build positive relationships with clients, partners, and field teams
- Help achieve monthly operational and business targets
Requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and manage field teams
- Willingness to travel across Kerala (Calicut to Trivandrum)
- Basic understanding of solar energy or field operations preferred
- Experience in team handling, sales support, or training is an advantage
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
