About the Role
We are looking for confident and motivated individuals who are not afraid to start conversations with new people.
You do NOT need previous sales experience, a degree, or expert-level skills. We believe skills can be taught, but confidence, communication, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
If you are comfortable speaking with people, can communicate in English and Hindi, and want to build a high-income career without being stuck in a traditional 9-to-5 job, we would love to hear from you.
This is a training-based opportunity where selected candidates will receive hands-on guidance, scripts, and proven outreach strategies used for international markets.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
- Follow company-provided scripts and outreach processes
- Introduce our services and qualify potential clients
- Schedule meetings for senior team members
- Maintain simple call records and notes
- Learn professional sales and communication skills
Requirements Must Have
- Fluent Hindi communication
- Good English speaking skills
- Laptop or computer with stable internet connection
- Quiet workspace with minimal background noise
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Confidence to speak with strangers over the phone
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Neutral or international English accent
- Previous customer service, telecalling, or sales exposure
- Basic computer knowledge
Compensation Structure Training Phase
- Performance-based commission
- Full training and support provided
