Role Description The Graphics Designer / Proposal Designer will work full time on-site at the Kolkata office. This role involves creating visually appealing graphics for web and print, designing logos, and developing branding materials aligned with client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposal layouts, designing presentation templates, selecting typography, and ensuring design consistency across all marketing and communication assets. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, translate concepts into design solutions, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines. The role also includes iterating on feedback and maintaining organized design files for ongoing and future projects.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create professional layouts and visual concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop distinctive brand identities and cohesive visual systems.
- Candidates should possess Typography skills to select and apply typefaces that improve readability and reinforce brand messaging.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent) is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in web and proposal design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting, is advantageous.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous design work is required, and a degree or certification in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work on-site in Kolkata, good time management, and effective communication skills are important.
Pay: ₹12,217.06 - ₹35,553.58 per month
