Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor (VRV/VRF) to oversee HVAC installation, project execution, servicing, maintenance, and site coordination activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, project execution, measurement verification, billing coordination, client handling, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
HVAC Project Execution & Supervision
- Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance activities.
- Handle VRV/VRF project execution and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor daily work progress.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are maintained at site.
- Manage technicians, helpers, and subcontractors efficiently.
- Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide technical support.
Site Coordination & Client Handling
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Handle project-related follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure proper completion of snag points and project closure activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of project activities, service reports, and handover records.
Measurement, Billing & Documentation
- Prepare site measurements and verify work completion as per drawings and BOQ.
- Coordinate and support final billing processes and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Read and understand HVAC drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD.
Material & Inventory Coordination
- Handle material planning, indenting, and inventory coordination.
- Ensure timely material availability for project execution and maintenance activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of VRV/VRF systems.
- HVAC project execution and supervision skills.
- Site measurement and billing coordination knowledge.
- Strong MS Excel knowledge (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Reporting).
- AutoCAD knowledge.
- Team handling and leadership capability.
- Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Knowledge of HVAC safety standards and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Science background throughout academics is mandatory.
- English-medium schooling is mandatory.
- Candidates from Arts background will not be considered.
- Valid bike driving license preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in commercial HVAC projects preferred.
- Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and project billing.
- Familiarity with chillers, ducting, piping, and ventilation systems.
- Experience in AMC and service coordination will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Candidates willing to travel to different project sites preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP/Project Management software will be an added advantage.
