Nvya Aesthetics is looking for a dynamic, organized, and patient-focused Clinical Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our premium aesthetic and cosmetic surgery clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily functioning of the clinic to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise front desk, therapists, and support staff.
- Coordinate doctors’ appointments, treatment schedules, and operation theatre planning.
- Counsel patients regarding aesthetic treatments and surgical procedures.
- Convert enquiries into consultations and treatment bookings through ethical patient education.
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience from the first enquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
- Handle WhatsApp, telephone, and social media enquiries professionally.
- Maintain patient records, consent forms, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory, consumables, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and oversee attendance and performance.
- Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs, infection control, and quality standards.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, patient feedback, and online reviews.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, workshops, and patient education activities.
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- An experience of 2-5 years in healthcare, cosmetic clinic, dental clinic, dermatology, plastic surgery, IVF, or hospitality is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong leadership, counselling, and customer service skills.
- Proficient with computers, MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and appointment management software.
- Professional appearance with a positive and confident personality.
