Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist (Part-Time)

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist who can independently manage digital growth campaigns for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both paid media and organic growth, understands digital analytics, and is comfortable taking complete ownership—from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting.
Apart from client delivery, the candidate will also work closely with our sales team to create compelling digital marketing proposals and solutions for prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Performance Marketing
1. Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across:
o Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
o Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
o LinkedIn Ads (where applicable)
o Other relevant advertising platforms
2. Build campaigns aligned to business objectives such as Lead Generation, Sales, Website Traffic, and Brand Awareness.
3. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve:
o ROAS
o CPL
o CPA
o CTR
o CPM
o Conversion Rate
4. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, creative testing, and bid optimization.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Analytics & Tracking
1. Implement and troubleshoot:
o Google Tag Manager (GTM)
o Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
o Google Ads Conversion Tracking
o Meta Pixel
o Meta Conversion API (preferred)
2 Configure event tracking on websites and landing pages.
3. Ensure accurate attribution and campaign measurement.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
1. Manage end-to-end SEO activities for SMB websites including:
o Technical SEO audits
o On-page optimization
o Keyword research
o Content optimization
o Internal linking
o Schema implementation
o Core Web Vitals recommendations
o XML Sitemap and Robots.txt management
o Search Console monitoring
o Off-page SEO and link-building initiatives
o Local SEO optimization where applicable
* Additionally, stay updated with emerging search experiences and implement best practices to improve content discoverability across AI-powered search and answer engines, including platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other large language model (LLM)-based discovery experiences.
Client Delivery
o Own the execution and delivery of client projects.
o Coordinate with designers, developers, and content teams.
o Present campaign performance and SEO progress to clients.
o Ensure timely delivery of all agreed project milestones.
Sales Enablement
o Collaborate with the sales team during client pitches.
o Prepare digital marketing strategies and proposals.
o Estimate budgets and recommend suitable marketing channels.
o Participate in client discovery calls whenever required.
Required Skills
1. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing and SEO.
2. Strong knowledge of:
o Meta Ads Manager
o Google Ads
o Google Analytics 4
o Google Tag Manager
o Google Search Console
o Looker Studio (preferred)
3. Experience managing marketing budgets across multiple clients.
4. Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
5. Knowledge of tracking implementation and debugging.
6. Working understanding of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
7. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications
1.Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
2. Google Ads Certifications.
3. Meta Blueprint Certification.
4. Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing workflows and emerging search optimization techniques.
5. Exposure to CRM integrations and marketing automation tools is an added advantage.
