- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of drivers and vehicle operators.
- Monitor vehicle allocation and ensure optimal utilization of the fleet.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance.
- Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing of vehicles.
- Maintain records of vehicle registrations, insurance, permits, fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance history.
- Monitor driver attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies and traffic regulations.
- Investigate vehicle accidents, incidents, and breakdowns, and prepare incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Track fuel usage and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- Coordinate with vendors, workshops, and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare fleet performance reports and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
- Train and guide drivers on safe driving practices and company procedures.
- Respond promptly to transportation issues and emergencies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
