Job Role & Responsibilities
Role: Control & Automation Engineer
Responsibilities :
Electrical Design, Assembly & Commissioning Engineer
-
Responsible for electrical control system finalization for machines and automation .
-
Control panel design as per standards, switch gear selection, power and load calculation, prepare the costing and make BOM entry in SAP.
-
Electrical circuit design with E-plan, plc logic development, and fault diagnosis.
-
Proficient in Mitsubishi FX5U/iQ-R PLC, Fanuc CNC logic development & HMI development.
-
Well versed with SAP system & Team centre.
-
Well-versed in ISO 13849 safety standards, interlocks, OHSAS and quality systems
-
Skilled in RS-232, analog I/O, and PLC–robot integration
-
Knowledge of industrial protocols: Ethernet/IP, CC-Link, CC-Link IE, Modbus/TCP
-
Hands-on with IO-Link, RFID-based sensors, scanners, vision systems.

Worked on CNCs: Siemens 840Dsl, Fanuc Oi/F, Mitsubishi (HMI, PLC, part programming)
-
Proficient in Fanuc/Mitsubishi robot programming & it’s integration with machine peripherals.

- Knowledge of electrical panel assembly and systems like hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, coolant, and electronics

Familiar with electrical standards, specifications, and component ratings.

Awareness of TPM, OHSAS and quality management systems

Exposure to diverse machines, processes, and industrial applications

Proficient in Designing and interpreting electrical drawings; familiar with E-Plan.
