Job Opening: Quality Control (QC) Manager

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical
Experience: 8–15 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Control function for machine manufacturing projects.
- Manage incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other quality standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Supplier Quality teams.
- Oversee calibration of inspection instruments.
- Prepare quality reports, trend analysis, and improvement plans.
- Train QC and production teams on quality procedures.
- Support quality planning for new machine lines and CAPEX projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of machine manufacturing quality systems.
- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, quality audits, and inspection processes.
- Expertise in CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and quality documentation.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments and calibration.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
