We are looking for a responsible, organised and enthusiastic HR Assistant to support our HR team in recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.
Position
HR Assistant – Recruitment & HR Operations
Experience
1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Salary
₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Based on experience, skills and suitability.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
HR/Personnel Management qualification will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, references and other channels
Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Assist with offer and joining formalities
HRMS & Attendance
Update and maintain employee information in HRMS / Zeta HRMS
Monitor daily attendance, leave and employee records
Check biometric attendance and coordinate attendance corrections
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS
Onboarding & Employee Support
Coordinate joining formalities and documentation
Assist with employee induction and orientation
Maintain personnel files and employee records
Support employee communication and routine HR activities
Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and assignments
Desired Candidate Profile
✅ 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
✅ Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations
✅ Basic knowledge of HRMS and MS Office
✅ Experience in attendance and leave management
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong follow-up and coordination skills
✅ Proficiency in English is mandatory – written and verbal
✅ Malayalam communication skills preferred
✅ Experience with Zeta HRMS or similar HRMS software will be an advantage
✅ Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
Location Preference
Candidates residing in or around Nellad, Muvattupuzha, Perumbavoor, Kothamangalam and nearby areas will be preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable with daily commuting to our Nellad manufacturing facility.
