Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead showroom sales operations and drive business growth in the electronics & home appliances division.

- Any Degree / MBA Preferred
- Minimum experience in electronics & home appliances industry required
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must have strong experience in Electronics & Home Appliances Sales
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of small and large appliances
- Experience in sales planning and showroom operations
- Ability to motivate and guide sales teams effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall showroom sales operations
- Lead and supervise sales team performance
- Develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with purchase, stock and marketing teams
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
