Kore Exim Academy is a practitioner-led international trade education platform built in collaboration with Kore International Pvt. Ltd., a Government-recognised 3-Star Export House. We help aspiring exporters, entrepreneurs and business owners learn international trade through practical, industry-focused training.
We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is confident on calls, persuasive in conversation and focused on converting prospective students into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
- Understand the prospect's career, business or export goals.
- Explain Kore Exim Academy's courses, training approach and benefits clearly.
- Counsel prospective students and address their questions or concerns.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into course admissions.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students throughout the decision-making process.
- Meet weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Participate in counselling sessions, seminars and student interaction activities when required.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, admissions or counselling.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening and counselling skills.
- Target-oriented and persistent approach.
- Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently.
- Interest in sales, business and entrepreneurship is an advantage.
