We are building a small, sharp creative production team. Portfolio, taste, speed, and problem-solving matter more than degrees.
We are looking for a fast Blender 3D Animator / Previz Artist who can create quick previz animations, camera movement, character animation, and 3D references for AI video and motion graphics production.
Speed is very important for this role. We need someone who can move fast in Blender without overcomplicating scenes.
Responsibilities:
- Create fast Blender previz scenes
- Animate characters using keyframes, Mixamo, mocap, or motion capture references
- Create camera animation and scene blocking
- Build quick 3D scenes and reference animations
- Support AI video generation and motion graphics workflows
- Create clean preview renders and animation references
Requirements:
- Strong Blender skills
- Fast previz animation workflow
- Character animation experience
- Camera animation and staging sense
- Mixamo experience
- Motion capture / mocap cleanup experience is a plus
- Basic lighting and rendering knowledge
- Ability to work quickly and practically
