About the Role
PeUpSkill is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and career-focused freshers to join our Inside Sales team. If you enjoy interacting with people, have good communication skills, and are eager to build a career in sales, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course features, benefits, and admission process.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
