Work Location
This is a full-time on-site position based at our Kolkata office. Candidates should be comfortable working from the office and collaborating closely with the admissions and sales team.
Job Responsibilities
* Connect with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, and other communication channels.
* Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, webinars, social media, referrals, and inquiries.
* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and certification programs.
* Explain course curriculum, benefits, fees, enrollment process, and learning outcomes.
* Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
* Handle objections professionally and assist students in making informed enrollment decisions.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
* Coordinate with admissions, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
* Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
* Participate in sales, communication, and product training sessions.

Essential Skills
* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages will be an advantage).
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Confident and professional phone presence.
* Ability to understand student needs and provide suitable guidance.
* Strong persuasion and counseling skills.
* Target-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students.
* Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups effectively.
* Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in Telecalling, Education Counseling, Academic Admissions, EdTech Sales, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
* Graduate in any discipline.
