Position Summary
Optitera is looking for an ISP Sales Executive who will be responsible for developing business from Internet Service Providers, broadband operators, cable operators, and networking customers. The candidate will generate new leads, visit customers, understand product requirements, share quotations, follow up regularly, close orders, and coordinate for payment and dispatch.
Key ResponsibilitiesISP Customer Development
- Find and approach new ISP customers in assigned market/area.
- Maintain regular relationship with existing ISP customers.
- Visit broadband operators, cable operators, local internet providers, and networking resellers.
- Understand customer requirements for networking and fiber products.
- Promote Optitera products according to customer needs.
Sales & Order Closing
- Share product details, pricing, quotations, and availability.
- Follow up on quotations through calls, WhatsApp, email, and visits.
- Negotiate rates and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock, billing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Follow up for payments and repeat orders.

Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily calling and visit report.
- Update customer data, leads, quotation status, and order status in CRM/Excel.
- Share market feedback, competitor pricing, and customer requirements with management.
- Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, accounts, and dispatch teams.
Candidate Profile
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up habit.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of ISP, networking, fiber, wireless, or telecom products.
- Able to work on sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, email, WhatsApp, and CRM entry.
Experience
- Preferred: 1-3 years in ISP sales, networking product sales, telecom, broadband, fiber, CCTV, or IT hardware sales.
- Freshers can also apply if they are confident, hardworking, and interested in ISP market sales.
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma / Technical background preferred.
- Networking or telecom knowledge will be an advantage.

Final Line
The ISP Sales Executive will be responsible for increasing Optitera business in the ISP market by generating leads, building customer relationships, closing sales orders, and ensuring complete sales coordination from enquiry to payment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
